Freeze Dryers and Vacuum Concentrators, the HyperCOOL HC3055, HC3110 and High Capacity HC8080

  Overview

The HyperCOOL is a laboratory scale freeze dryer, using the lyopholization phenomena. The HyperCOOL is designed for safety, robustness and convenience for successful freeze drying and as a cold trap. It is suitable for drying of aqueous products, various solvents and products with a low freezing point.

Two models of 3 kg ice capacity, the HyperCool HC3055 (for ice condensing temperature of -55 °C) or the HyperCook HC3110 (for ice condensing temperature of -110 °C) can be selected. HyperCool empowers HyperVAC-LITE and HyperVAC-MAX to guarantee high-performance and capacity as a cooling trap as well as a freeze dryer. The digital screen indicated with actual temperature and operating time is simple and intuitive for user-friendly control and can also disply useful information such as AWB (Alarm-Wait-OK), Keylock, Vacuum, Defrost and Power Indicators.

Each model has a condenser chamber with Teflon coating to provide chemical resistance against aggressive solvents and acids such as HCI, TFA and DMSO, and to provide easy cleaning and decontamination.

The HyperCOOL HC8080 is a model with 8 kg ice capacity and has a very large size cold trap that can be used for pre-freezing. In addition, the HC8080 includes a high vacuum rotary pump in the body case as an integrated system. It has the intuitive and easy dial type control to turn on cooling and vacuum and adjust the time function. The LCD display shows the vacuum pressure, trap temperatures and the other processing parameters.

A wide choice of manifolds, cover plates for manifolds and chambers, as well as racks, flasks and other accessories are available. Commonly configured complete systems, including vacuum pumps and other equipment are listed in the catalog descriptions.
