Prices:

our warehouse. Duty and Taxes are extra if

Freight:
Freight terms are F.O.B. our warehouse. Unless otherwise specified all
orders will be shipped via the carrier of choice by Rose Scientific Inc.
Requests for shipping by special arrangement will be at customer's

All invoices are Net 30 Days
from date of shipment. A 2% per month interest charge will be assessed on
all outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

Due to the cost of processing orders a minimum value of $50.00
is necessary. Your best effort to combine orders is highly appreciated and
would save you in the long term.

Return
Goods Policy:
Any returns due to our errors will be expeditiously replaced or credited
in full. Our Customer Service department must authorize all returns. Goods
ordered in error or duplicated because of unmarked confirmation will be
subjected to a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.
Customer
Service will supply a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
and Shipping Instructions.
Please include this number and a copy of our invoice or a letter with all
necessary details along with your shipment. |
